

Don Hill successfully represents large corporations, small businesses and individuals in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. He also advises business entities in business organization, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance and employment matters. In serving his clients, Mr. Hill draws on his advanced business education and unique personal experiences to find innovative solutions for his clients. His experience includes: six years experience as a contract negotiator and inventory manager in manufacturing and distribution disciplines; more than eight years as a lawyer and counselor to clients large and small; and nine years as a hands-on leader in the military, serving as an infantryman and paratrooper.
